InterMed Office Hours: Tuesdays and Fridays, 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, Lois Tiedeken, ANP Wednesdays, 8:30am to 2:30 pm, Nancy Wright, FNP
When the Health Center is closed, call 911 for medical emergencies. For non-acute illnesses, if the Health Center is your primary care provider, call Dr. Kristy Pulsifer at 874-1489. InterMed installed a new electronic medical record (EMR) across all of its practice sites last year. For patients who have an InterMed primary care physician, the documentation from your visits to the Health Center will automatically be sent to your physician, using the EMR. If your primary care physician is not part of InterMed, the documentation will be faxed to your physician after each visit. Feel free to ask about the EMR when you go to the Health Center. Dental Care: The hygienist will be at the Health Center on Friday, May 23. For an appointment, call Community Dental, 874-1025 x 3018. Foot Care: A podiatrist from Dr. Dorsey’s office will be at the Health Center on Wednesday, July 16. Please call Ankle and Foot Associates, 761-3889, Ext.10, for an appointment.
