Peaks Island Health Center’s mission is to partner with your Primary Care Provider either at InterMed or outside of InterMed to provide quality patient care.
We are fortunate to have Kitty Gilbert on Mondays and Wednesdays. Kitty, a Family Nurse Practitioner, treats children as well as adults. Of special interest to adults, Kitty also has specialty training in both Occupational Therapy and Women’s Health.
Lois Tiedeken continues to provide her exceptional services on Fridays. Lois, an Adult Nurse Practitioner sees patients starting at age 13. As well as practicing Internal Medicine, Lois has sub-specialties in Diabetes and Women’s Health.
We will have a phlebotomist scheduled to come to the Health Center once a month to draw blood. Please call to schedule an appointment.
Dr. Pulsifer will continue to come to the Health Center on a quarterly basis and Dr. Muca, InterMed’s podiatrist, will see patients at the Health Center twice a year. If you would like to be seen by Dr. Muca, please call the Center to get your name on the growing list.
Mary Grimaldi is the new face at Peaks Island Health Center. She is a longtime employee at InterMed. She has been a Clinical Assistant, primarily working in Internal Medicine. Mary has also been a Clinical Coordinator, working closely with the managers to help facilitate the day to day operations. She will be working at the Health Center in the role of a Clinical Assistant, performing lab tests, administering immunizations and assisting with your care while in the office as well as be the face you see when you first enter the office since she will also be working as the front office coordinator.
